1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

3. Account Registration

Registration on the a33bmw platform requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You warrant that all information submitted at registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — is truthful and correct.

You must create a unique, strong password for your account and must not share your login credentials with any third party. a33bmw will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any suspicious activity on your account should be reported to a33bmw support immediately at [email protected].

a33bmw operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Any member found to hold multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or via different payment channels from the same household — will have all associated accounts closed and any accumulated balances, including winnings derived from bonus funds, will be voided.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of the a33bmw KYC verification process. KYC is a standard identity verification procedure designed to confirm your age, identity, and the source of your deposited funds. The documents we may request include, but are not limited to:

Deposits are credited to your a33bmw account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. a33bmw is not responsible for delays caused by the third-party payment provider's system downtime or scheduled maintenance. 6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your a33bmw account are processed to the same mobile payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) used for your most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4.

Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval confirmation during standard operating hours. Withdrawals submitted during peak periods or requiring additional verification checks may take up to 24 hours. a33bmw reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on a per-transaction or per-day basis at its discretion.

Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from your balance at the point of a withdrawal request if the rollover condition remains unfulfilled. Only the real-money component of your balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) is eligible for withdrawal at any given time.

8. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All sporting event and casino game results are final once settled by a33bmw. In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or demonstrable error in the odds displayed at the time of bet placement, a33bmw reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the member's account balance. Winnings arising from a manifest error in odds — defined as odds that are materially and demonstrably incorrect relative to the true market — may also be voided at a33bmw's discretion.

For sports betting markets: in-play (live) bets accepted after the conclusion of the event or after the relevant action has occurred will be voided. Pre-match bets on events subsequently cancelled or abandoned will be refunded at the staked odds unless at least half of the event has been completed, in which case the result at the point of abandonment may stand at a33bmw's discretion.

For casino and slot games: the return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are determined by the originating game studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, etc.) and are published by those studios. a33bmw does not modify or influence game RTP settings.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the a33bmw platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
